Wyman Howard
Recently, worked as Senior Consultant with Sunergos LLC providing performance consulting and leadership development to global leaders and organizations to fulfill on their most essential mandates. Concurrently serves as president and COO of Future Performance Transformation Inc. Alexandria, Virginia, providing services including team building, organizational management and “leader development and coaching.” Wyman leads IDEA Development Leaders in Action Working Sessions. Previously worked with an leader development organizaion as senior consultant responsible for a highly profitable consulting practice that provided organizational development, leadership training and coaching. Recent overseas experience in Papua New Guinea and Trinidad.
Rachel Davis
Eight years as principal leader of international coaching, training and personal development seminars for 25,000+ people in 12 countries; including, 2+ years of administrative management of staff and volunteers in more than 5 SE Asian countries and new markets; fifteen years with administrative experience in University community outreach with youth and community development projects using community-based and service learning models; 17 years of coaching people to produce results beyond what they had been capable of accomplishing in the past; and 27 years of teaching in non-formal, informal, seminar and college environments. Rachel is coaching IDEA’s Development Leaders in Action participants. Ph.D. and M.A. in Communication, University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky; B.S. in Animal Science, College of Agriculture, University of Kentucky.
Matthew Vane Phillips (our representative in Asia)
Mr. Phillips, currently working in South Korea, has over eight years experience leading transformative engagements for individual and group clients in a variety of industries, in North America and beyond. Mr. Phillips works with leaders, executive teams, and larger groups as they pursue critical objectives – from implementing large-scale organizational/cultural change to enhancing leadership and individual performance and creating alignment around strategic direction. Prior to working with IDEA, Mr. Phillips excelled in consulting roles with private companies and governmental organizations in North America and Korea. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.
